Marie Cowan, 85 of Van Buren,
AR passed away April 26, 2013 in Van Buren, AR. Marie was born December 10, 1927 in Heavener,
OK to Lewis A. & Cora B. (Balentine) Widmar. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents;
sisters, Claudine Crowe & Betty Stricklin; and granddaughter, Stacy Ann
Cowan.
Survivors include her daughters & sons in law, Barbara
& Jerry Crysler of Clare, MI,
Karen & Norman Davis of Heavener, OK; son & daughter in law, Johnny R.
& Terrie Cowan of Ft. Smith, AR;
brother & sister in law, Floyd & Evelyn Widmar of Hodgen, OK; 7
grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives
& loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 1 pm, Tuesday, April 30, 2013 in Evans
Chapel of Memories, Poteau,
OK with Rev. Jim Cook
officiating. Interment will follow in Howe Cemetery,
Howe, OK.
