Robbie Gladys Black, 90, of Panama, OK passed away Friday, November 7, 2008 in Poteau, OK. She was born in Bokoshe, OK on September 20, 1918, to Williams J & Letha (Coleman) Turner. Mrs. Black was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 47 years, Jesse Black and brothers, William & Harrell Turner. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Ratto of Lodi, CA; son, Byron F. Black of Panama, OK; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Bertha martin of Grass Valley, CA, Hester Chandonais of Stockton, CA, Lois Nielson of Stockton, CA, Letha Meadows of San Luis Obispo, CA; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends. Services: 10 am, Wednesday, November 12, 2008 in Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau OK with Don Cherry officiating. Interment: Oakland Cemetery- Poteau, OK.
