Margaret L. Baldwin, 87, of Poteau, OK passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 in Poteau, OK. Mrs. Baldwin was born February 14, 1923 in Wister, OK to Earl & Catherine (Hoover) Claiborn. She was a member of the First Step of Faith Church in Poteau. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence William Baldwin on 11/1/2007; her parents and a number of brothers & sisters.
Survivors include 2 sons, Bill Baldwin of Cal Mesa, CA, Philip Baldwin of Poteau, OK; daughter, Clara Duckworth of Laguna Woods, CA; 7 grandchildren; brother, Wilbur Claiborn of Wister, OK; other relatives & Loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be held 11 am, Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, OK with Rev. Leon Glenn officiating. Interment will follow in Ellis Chapel Cemetery, Wister, OK

Phil & Family: I was terribly sorry to hear about your mother, I have some fond memories of visiting with you at your home many years ago. Gold bless and please know that today there are people not there thinking of you and your mother.
