Howard Donald Blaylock III, 49, of Bokoshe, OK passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 in Ft. Smith, AR. Howard was born August 17, 1972 in Salinas, CA to Howard Jr. & Yazelle (Merjil) Blaylock. He was a service tech at Southern Tire Mart. He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his fiancé, April Dority; his mother, Yazelle; brother, Danny & son, Donny Blaylock, Jr.; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Memorial service will be 2 pm, Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Evans Chapel, Poteau.
