Douglas Earl Wheeler DeFluiter,
51, of Cameron, OK passed away Friday, March 25, 2016 in Ft. Smith, AR. Douglas was born December 20, 1964 in Eugene,
OR to Evan & Norma (Neal) Wheeler.
He worked at Mercy Hospital, Ft. Smith. Douglas was raised by his grandparents, Jack
& Retha Neal and aunt, Dorothy
Mathews. He was
preceded in death by his grandparents and his parents.
Survivors include his son,
Douglas DeWayne DeFluiter; 3 sisters,
Schon & Roger Howk of Spiro, OK, Dawnita & Hank Brunswick of
Houston, AK, Tanya & Freddie McCoy
of Poteau, OK; aunt, Dorothy Mathews of Cameron, OK; uncle, Mark Wheeler; other
relatives, loved ones and friends.
Memorial services will be
10 am, Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Life in Christ Church, Rock Island, OK with
Rev. Danny Kennedy officiating.
The family would like to
say a special thank you to Gail & Sasha, his nurse and physical therapist/Mays
Home Health & Rebound Physical Therapy.
