Wesley Lee “Buck” Davidson,78 of Poteau, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2010 in Talihina, Oklahoma. Wesley was born on May 16, 1931 in Wister, Oklahoma to Roy & Tennessee (Johnson) Davidson. Buck was a veteran of the US Army serving in Korea and a retired coal miner.
Wesley is survived by his wife, Arlene Davidson of the home; 2 daughters, Karen Pennington of Hackett, AR & Deborah Baxter of Edmond, OK; a son, JW Lovelace of Hominy, OK; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; numerous other relatives & loved ones and many beloved friends.
Memorial services for Wesley were held at 2:00 pm Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, OK with the Reverend Jimmy D. Cook officiating. Services were under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau, OK.
