Survivors include his
daughters, Amanda Samuels of Gore, OK and Breana Samuels of Poteau, OK; sister,
Marie Whitley of Texarkana, TX; brothers, Benny Samuels and Jimmy Samuels of
DeQueen, AR; other children that he cared for, Ashley Masterson, Courtney
Gibson, Steven Johnson & Gary Hecht; life long friend, Darla Masterson; other
relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Monday, September 28, 2015 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev.
Terry Cripe officiating.

Y thoughts and prayers are with the family. I remember Charlie from years ago, he was a very sweet and kind person. He will be missed by many. So long old friend.
