Steve Ray Blansett, 61, of
West Fork, AR passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 in West Fork. Steve was
born June 13, 1952 in Ft.
Smith, AR to Bud Lee & Emma
Lou (Prescott)
Blansett. He was a veteran of the US
Marines. He worked in Heat/Air. He was preceded in death by his parents and
wife, Janice Blansett.
Survivors include his
daughters, Sabrina Duncan of Alma, AR, Katy Blansett of Kansas City, KS;
sons, Adam Blansett and Damien Blansett of West Fork, AR, Logan Blansett of Ft.
Campbell, KY, Steven Blansett of West Fork, AR; 5 grandchildren, Andrew and
Luke Duncan, Jackson, Malachi & Hailey Blansett; 3 brothers, Lloyd Blansett
of Orlando, OK,
Charles Blansett of Vancouver, WA, Terry
Blansett of Ft. Smith, AR; sisters,
Barbara Reichard of Ft. Smith, AR, Mary Bollinger of Rock Island, OK; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at New Hope Cemetery Pavilion, Spiro, OK
with Rev. Phil McGehee officiating.
Interment will follow. The
family will be at the funeral home in Pocola on Tuesday evening from 5-7
pm to visit with relatives & friends.
