Retha Sue Dorey, 74, of Poteau, OK
passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in Poteau.
Sue was born July 22, 1939 in Idabel,
OK to Marvin & Floy
(Matthews) Whittington. She was a
Licensed Practical Nurse. Sue was
preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jack Whittington.
Survivors include her
husband, Rob Dorey of the home; 3 daughters, Susan Hacker of Poteau, OK,
Melissa Jeanette Dunn of Pocola, OK, Tracy Dorey Rhodes of Gun Barrel, TX; 2
sons, Douglas Felker of Rattan, OK, Wayne Felker of LeFlore, OK; 9
grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 brothers, Buzz Kennon Whittington,
George Whittington, Charles Whittington and Tim Parker all of Redland, OK;
other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 1 pm,
Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Evans Chapel of Memories with Rev. Delbert Hodges
officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery,
Poteau, OK.
The family will be at the funeral home from 4-7 pm Friday evening to visit with relatives & friends.
