Bonnie Jean Pendleton



Bonnie Jean Pendleton, 78, of Pocola, OK passed away peacefully Thursday, December 13, 2012 surrounded with the love of her children, brothers & sister.  Bonnie was born March 5, 1934 in Stigler, OK to Attress & Evelyn (Ray) Underwood.    She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe H. Pendleton; her parents;  sister, Marion Wright; brothers, Charles (Budgie) Underwood and Howard Underwood; granddaughter, Destiny Pendleton.  

She was the loving mother of 2 daughters, Debra Clinard and Sarah Morris of Pocola, OK; 5 sons & their wives, Joe  & Sandy Pendleton of St. Louis, MO, David Pendleton of Pocola, OK, Rocky & Tammy Pendleton of Greenwood, AR, James Pendleton of Pocola, OK, Roger & Jan Heiss of Ft. Smith, AR; 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; 1 sister, Betty Allbritton of Spiro, OK; 2 brothers, Jimmie Underwood of Spiro, OK, Joe Underwood of Panama, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & loved ones; and a host of  great friends she cherished.

Services will be 2 pm, Monday, December 17, 2012 graveside at Macedonia Cemetery, Pocola, OK with Rev. Jerry Underwood officiating.  Interment will follow.  Pallbearers will be her sons & grandsons, Joe, David, Rocky, James, Ryan, Eric Pendleton and Roger Heiss. 
Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Kidney Association.

sarah family & friends. bonnie is painfree & able to run relay races with joe. you know he & our lord n savior welcomed her with the widest arms. so sorry for your loss. the heavens have gained yet another angel. i pray for your comfort!

You were all so blessed to have Bonnie in your lifes! She was such a wonderful person! I sure enjoyed working with her all those years at Whirlpool. She will be so missed by so many. May God be with you during this time and always!
