Verna Louise Durant, 74, of Poteau, OK passed away

OK. Louise was born June 12, 1938 in Poteau, OK
to Gaylon Clayton & Verna Linamae (Allen) Cooper. She was a care giver and a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husbands,
Walter Durant and Henry Troutman; and her parents.
Survivors include her sons, Jerry &
Rondetta Troutman of Arizona, Clay & Nellie Troutman, Joe & Melonee
Troutman of Tulsa, OK, Tony Troutman of Catoosa, OK, Frankie Troutman &
partner, Zeb Wilson, & Dewayne Durant of Tulsa, OK; daughters, Donna &
Robert Macon, Sandra & Rollie Berry of Tulsa, OK, Cheryl & Bill Hayes
of Houston, TX; 25 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 1 great great
grandchild; brothers, Johnnie & Lois Cooper of Seattle, WA, Vernon &
Debbie Hughes of Broken Arrow, OK, Howard & Liby Hughes of N. Carolina;
sister, Wanda & Phillip Jones of Poteau, OK; numerous nieces, nephews,
other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services were 10 am, Monday, August 27, 2012 in Evans
Chapel of Memories, Poteau,
OK with Rev. Jim Cook
officiating. Interment followed in Vaughn Cemetery,
Gilmore, OK. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Macon,
Jonathan Troutman, Eric Troutman, Jeremy Troutman, Colby Troutman, Tony
Troutman Jr., Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Poteau, OK
