Peters, 85, of Poteau, OK
passed away Friday, July 27,2012 in Poteau. Juanita was born September
18, 1926 in Bengal, OK. Juanita was a housewife and a Leflore County
Tag Agent. She loved to attend Poteau Pirate football and basketball games. Juanita
truly loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Guy T. and Ida
(Porter) Brown; husband Bill Peters; brother Guy L. Buddy Brown; sister Wanda
Austin.; brother in law Odie Peters; 1 sister in law Beverly Peters; Grandma
& Grandpa. Survivors include her son Billy Gene Peters. 4 sisters Anna
Creamer, Ida Reed, Mary Powledge, Nancy Montoya. 1 brother James R. Brown;
Sister in law Thelma Griffith. Services will be 4pm Saturday in Evans Chapel of
Memories in Poteau, OK. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery
in Poteau, OK .
