Thomas Clifton
“T.C.” Fortner, 86, of Monroe, OK passed away July 28, 2012 in Poteau, OK. T.C. was born July 6, 1926 in Monroe, OK
to Thomas & Leona “Lona” (Anderson) Fortner. He was an insurance adjuster. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2
sisters, Clara Murphree & Jerry Miller; 2 brothers, V.I. and Edward
Fortner, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Survivors include his
wife, Doris Fortner; 2 sons, Larry and Tommy Fortner; 4 grandchildren, Amy,
Shayne, Jason, Christy; 7 great grandchildren, Lexxi, Dalton, Dillan, Destiney, Dawson, Tucker and
Payton.
Memorial services
will be held at a later date.
