Ruby Fay Kozderka

Ruby Fay Kozderka, 86, of Cameron passed away Thursday August 9, 2012 in Ft. Smith, AR. Ruby was born May 18, 1926 in Bonanza, AR to Drew Cox and Mamie Gilpin. Ruby loved her babies…and everyone else’s! She loved to crappie fish. She was a resident of Medi-home Nursing Home of Arkoma, OK for 4+ years and roomed with older sister.

Survivors include 3 daughters and sons in law Mary & Jack Smith of Cameron, OK, Doris & Benny Clark of Rock Island, OK, Stephanie & Roger Prescott of Cameron, OK; 1 Son and Daughter in law Drew & Rose Fountain of Rock Island, OK; 13 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 18 great great grandchildren; 3 Sisters, Silvia Dillard of Rye Hill, AR, Pat Tankersley of Pocola, OK, and Clara Dow of Arkoma, OK. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands Roland “Johnny” Fountain; Edward “Ed” Kozderka; 1 Son Roland Fountain; 3 Brothers Frank Cox, Robert Cox, and James Cox; 1 sister Betty Tankersley.

Services will be 1pm Saturday August 11, 2012, graveside at Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola, OK. Pallbearers will be Timmy Adams, Wayne Adams, Danny Adams, Chuck Fountain, Dewey Fountain, Damon Fountain, and Ben Clark. There will be a family visitation Friday August 10, 2012 from 6-8pm AT Evans & Miller Funeral Home in Pocola, OK.
