Lisa Kay Arter, 46, of Poteau, OK passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. Lisa was born in Montebello, CA on May 31, 1964 to Philip Ray & Linda Janette (Polcic) Arter. She was preceded in death by her mother. Survivors include her father, Philip Arter of Bokoshe, OK; sister & brother in law, Janet & Rick Powers of Bokoshe, OK; nephew, Allen Arter of Bokoshe, OK; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends. Services will be 11 am, Saturday, February 12, 2011 Graveside at Old Cache Cemetery in Keota, OK. The family will be at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5-7 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
