Pete Weldon King, 82, of
Pocola, OK passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in Ft. Smith, AR. Pete was born November 4, 1934 in Murry Spur,
OK to J.M. & Bell (Morris) King. He attended Harvest Time Tabernacle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy;
brothers, Rayford, Howard, Leslie & Bill King.
Survivors include 3 sons,
Kelvin & Delana King of Lavaca, AR, Dean King of Barling, AR, Don & Stacey King of Pocola, OK; 5 grandchildren, Ryan King of Lavaca, Brittany Burks
of Bentonville, Garrett King of Boliver, MO, April Parker of Ft. Smith, AR,
Kyle King of Pocola, OK; 6 great grandchildren, Rowan & Baron King, Bella
Dillman, Korbin Burks, Logan & Blake
Parker; sisters, Faye Grizzle of Ft. Smith, AR, Ila Cole and Reba Mize of
Pocola, OK, Velma & Charles Flynn of Owasso, OK; other relatives, loved
ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Friday, December 8, 2017 graveside at Macedonia Cemetery, Pocola, OK with Gary
Wayne Willett officiating. The family
will be at the funeral home in Pocola on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm to visit
with relatives & friends.
