Patricia Ann Hart, 63, of Warner,
OK passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 in Muskogee, OK. Patricia was born April 6, 1949 in Boston, MA
to Williams & Dorothy (Carlo) McCluskey.
She was a registered nurse.
She was preceded in death by 4
brothers, Bobby McCluskey, George, Russel & Andrew Rounbehler.
Survivors include her daughter,
Tina Hart of Poteau; sons, Jim of Arizona, Keith of Texas, & David of
Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Jennifer, DeAndre, Hailey, Jason, Robbie, Cameron,
Reigha, Natalee, Elijah, Addison & Caleb; great grandchildren, Tyler, Zoe,
Gabriel.The father of her children, Jim
Hart of Poteau, OK; many family members in
Boston; several great grandchildren; one brother, Billy McCluskey of
Massachusetts; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Memorial services were 4 pm,
Monday, February 18, 2013 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK
with Rev. Phil McGehee officiating.

I am so sorry to read this. I met Patti about 2 years ago when she came to our church before she became so ill. I will always remember her sweet smile and her friendly nature. My prayers and thoughts go out to her friends and family. Patti will be missed. Rest in peace, my little friend.
