There's just too much to say of the connections I've had with my sister in Christ, Edith. She was a friend from childhood on through the rest of our lives, was a co-worker at school, a dedicated Christian. She always saw that the kids from LeFlore were taken to KBA after she and Johnny and others of us built the "cabin" there when our children were young. I will always remember her saying she loved to eat pizza FOR BREAKFAST, even when that wasn't "cool". She would say when she couldn't sleep, she'd get up and cook, clean house or do laundry. What a Gal!! Our prayers are for you, Susan and Anthony, and all her family in this time of sorrow. Kaye and Jack Franklin

Aunt Edith was an amazing woman. What an example she set for young girls! She was outspoken, kind, joyful, & one of the strongest women I’ve ever known. What a faithful woman, who continually leaned on Christ during times of trouble. I’m so saddened by this loss, but rejoicing at the reunion she is having in heaven. We will miss her so much. We love you all. -Dominie (Kitchens) Dew

What a blessing it was to have shared family and part of this journey of life with GiGi! She holds a special place in my heart, thoughts, and memories. I know she is an angel now, but I am confident the work she started on this earth will continue through her beautiful family! Thank you Lord for letting her light shine in my life too! Prayers, thoughts, and love to her/our family.
