Cherri Lynn Chastain, 35,
of Ft. Smith, AR passed away
Monday, October 5, 2015 in Ft. Smith.
Cherri was born December 26, 1979 in Ft. Smith, AR to Harold Ray &
Joni Lynn (Anderson) Chastain. She worked at Arvest Bank. She
was preceded in death by her grandparents, Shirley Herdison & Raymond Chastain.
Cherri is survived by her
mother & stepdad, Joni & Kevin Griffith of Poteau, OK; father, Harold
Ray Chastain of Ft. Smith, AR; brother & sister in law,
Daryl Ray & Leslie Chastain ; niece & nephew, Lily Caralynn Chastain
and Hank Jones Chastain of Greenville, MS; stepbrother, Devin Griffith of Pittsburg,
PA;
grandparents, John Wayne & Wanda Anderson of Ft. Smith, AR, Billie
Jean Chastain of Bloomer, AR; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews
and friends she loved very much.
Memorial services will be
held at 10 am, Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church,
Poteau, OK with Jim Perkin & Bill Gage officiating.
In lieu of flowers please
send donations to Cherri Chastain Memorial Account at Arvest for donation to Peggy Stephenson Cancer Center
in OKC for cancer research.

I was blessed to have known Cherri. She had such a beautiful soul. This world will not be the same without her light. I am so very sorry for your loss.
