Jerry Lynn Parham,
54, of Heavener, OK passed away
Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in Fort Smith, AR. Jerry was born February 13, 1960 in Poteau,
OK to Luther A. & Bonita Mae (Guss) Parham.
Jerry was a truck driver for over 26 years. He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include
his wife of 33 years, Frances of the home; 4 children, Angela McKay of Poteau,
OK, Tammy McQuagge & Amanda Garcia of Heavener, OK, Anthony Parham of
Sallisaw, OK; 5 grandchildren, Aleighta, Carson, Hayleigh, Cash, & Jazlynn;
his mother, Bonita Parham of Barling, AR; 8 siblings; longtime friends, Charlie, Mike, “Rego”,
Jimbo; other relatives & friends; his beloved dogs.
