Mary ‘Louise’ Williams, 66, of Pocola, OK passed away Saturday, August 30, 2008 in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born in Ft. Smith on November 1, 1941. Louise was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ft. Smith, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby L. Wiliams. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, & friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed painting, fishing, and being with her loved ones. She lived life to its fullest & will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her daughter & son in law, Angelia & Frank Edwards of Pocola, OK; son & daughter in law, Lewis & Kimberly Williams of Pocola, OK; 3 grandchildren, Stephen, Austin, & Corey; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be held 10 am, Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Pocola, OK with the Rev. Phil Whitten officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery, Spiro, OK. Pallbearers will be Stephen Edwards, Kenneth Plant, James Plant, Andrew Self, Mike Nichols, and Mark Johns. Honorary pallbearer will be Ray Plant. Arrangements under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Pocola, OK.
