Joe Clayton Winters, 82, of
Cameron, OK passed away February 22,
2020 in Ft. Smith, AR. Joe was born
January 26, 1938 in Bonanza, AR to John & Eunice (Byrd) Winters. He had worked at Baldor, Stampco and Arkoma
Frozen Food. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen “Sis”
Winters; brother, Paul Winters; and sisters, Bea Sweeten, Gene Ford & Betty
Rush.
Survivors include his sons, Jessie Winters & wife,
Bonita of Ft. Smith, AR, Jerry Winters & wife, Tera of Rock Island, OK,;
granddaughters, Alyssa, Emily & Helen Jo Winters; bonus grandson, Tyler
Konieczny & wife Amanda of Greenwood, AR; bonus granddaughters, Avery &
Adalynn Konieczny; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am, Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Rock
Island Community Free Will Baptist Church.
Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Hackett, AR. Pallbearers will be Troy, Bill & Shawn Sweeten,
Johnny Graf, Michael Reed and Brian Barham.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny & Randy Sweeten, Tyler Konieczny
& Jeff Tucker. The family will be at
the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives and
