Mary Lucille Acker, 80, of
Poteau, OK passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 in Ft. Smith, AR. Mary was born
June 20, 1939 in Ft. Smith, AR to George W. & Irene E.(Bowden)
Sanders. She was preceded in death by
her husband, William Robert “Bob” Acker (3/15/2016);
her parents; grandson, William Edward “Billy” Lofton; sisters, Reba Williams
& Anna Sanders; brothers, Roy & Tilton Sanders.
Survivors include her
children, Karen & Michael Masini, Don Conner, Pam Rogers, Rodney & Inga
Acker; grandkids, Krystal Follet, Diana “Luci” & Clay Denny, Rodney Acker
Jr., Nicholas Acker, Amanda & Kory Harding,
Joshua & Crystal Kelley, Misty
Mundy; great grandkids, Tyler Lofton, Victoria
“Tori” Baker & 9 more; siblings,
Edith Urchison, John Sanders, Sue
Childress; special nephew, Tommy Norwood; sister in law, Gayla & Jim
Broome; special friends & family,
Margaret Davis, Larry Ltz, Kay Todd, Blake Dill; other relatives, loved ones
and friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Jim Cook
officiating. Interment will follow at
Monroe Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home on
Friday night from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives & friends. Family & friends will meet at the Monroe
Community Center at Noon prior to the service. Pallbearers: Blake Dill, Frankie Brown, Carl Grayson,
Daren Davis, Joshua Kelley, Kory Harding.

I have great memories of Aunt Mary. She was a sweet and giving person and will be missed. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the family. May she RIP.
