Kevin Eugene Stout, 60, of Ft. Smith, AR passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 in Ft. Smith. Kevin was born October 2, 1960 in Ft. Smith to Elmer Eugene & Verna Jean (Porter) Stout. Kevin was an artist. He loved fishing, guns (collecting & target shooting), being outdoors so he could be with nature. He as a welder. Kevin was a giving person and would help anyone in need. He was a simple man who could find joy in things most people overlooked. He loved his family & friends dearly. He also loved his ’67 Chevy pickup that he built from the ground up with his friend and wife. He was preceded in death by his mother, Verna Jean McGeath; father, Elmer Eugene Stout; grandmothers, Cornelia Stout, Thelma Starrett, & stepgrandmother, Naomi Porter; grandfathers, Claude Stout, Bob Starrett & Vernie Porter.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Teresa Stout; daughter, Ashlee Stout Neems and husband Chris; goddaughters, Jennifer Pulice, Cassondra Pulice; godson, Luigi Pulice; honorary brothers, Tim Fullen & John Pulice; grandson, Damien Nello Neems; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
