Patsy Irene West, 79, of
Poteau, OK passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in Ft. Smith, AR. Patsy was born December 12, 1937 in Poker
Bend, OK to William & Julia (Owings) Lovell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Donald West Jr., brothers,
Dale, Doyle, Murl, Earl, Durl & Burl; sisters, Lilli & Willie Weaver,
Mildred Easton & Flossie Lovell; granddaughter, Julie Couch; great
grandson, Christian West.
Survivors include her
daughter, Bridget Evans of Heavener, OK; grandchildren, Toby West of Beaumont,
TX, Laura Suggs & Shannon of Greenwood, AR, April Richey of Heavener, OK,
Jason & Julie West of Tulsa, OK, Melanie Brown of Heavener, OK; 14 great
grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren ; sisters, Mosseline Parr of OKC,
Colleen Burton of Spiro, OK; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am
Friday, September 22, 2017 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Don
Martin officiating. Interment will
follow in Poker Bend Cemetery, Poker Bend, OK.
Pallbearers will be Ethan &
Caleb Underwood, Shannon Suggs, Jason West, Brandon & Devin Owens. Honorary pallbearer will be Jimmy Couch.
The family will be at the
funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives &
friends.
