Mae Turner Marshall, 92, of Poteau,
OK passed away Saturday, December
20, 2014 in Poteau. Ada
was born September 10, 1922 in Wister,
OK to Willis & Tennie (Glenn)
Turner. She was of the Nazarene
faith. Ada was a loving mother, grand and great
grandmother. She was a really good cook
and she never met a stranger. Ada was
preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Thomasine Nelson; grandson, Timothy
Nelson; son in law, Dean Grey; brothers, Leeodas Turner, Harold Turner, Glen
Turner; sisters, Mary Ruth Love, Billie June Crawley.
Survivors
include her husband, Garlin Marshall of the home; children, Barbara Grey of Summerfield,
OK, Anita & Steve Labahn of Poteau, OK; 7 grandchildren, Dylan & Lisa
Gayle Grey, Melissa & Rusty Duncan of Summerfield, OK, Tonya & Bob
Carper of Antlers, OK, Tracey Nelson of Ft. Smith, AR; Steve Labahn Jr. of
Oklahoma City, OK, Shawna & Ryan Dixon of Yukon, OK, Shelly Labahn of
Poteau, OK; 9 great grandchildren, Amber, Ashley, Cody, Haley, Camri, Tessa,
Ty, Will, Liana; sister, Jimmie & Tom Marshall of Bethany, OK; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services
will be 2 pm, Monday, December 22, 2014 graveside at Vaughn
Cemetery, Monroe, OK
with Rev. Scott Martin officiating.
Interment will follow.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
