Joan Drake Deihl, 77, of Howe, OK passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 in Tulsa, OK. Joan was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on February 25, 1933 to Howard Richard & Adeline (Underhill) Drake. She was retired as a secretary of Arlington Central Schools in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, MIlton Deihl, and grandson, Tobey Michael Deihl. Survivors include her sons, Tobey M. Deihl of Howe, OK, Bruce A. Deihl of Howe, OK; daughter, Audrey R. Kaehler of Pine Plains, NY; grandchildren, Susan Kinman and Laura Deihl of Howe, OK, Jennifer Robinson of Pine Plains, NY, Bruce A. Deihl and Teresa Deihl of Spiro, OK; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Richard Drake of Clinton Corners, NY; other relatives and loved ones; many beloved friends. Memorial services will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the Howe Cemetery Pavilion, Howe, OK.
