Earl was born on May 13, 1945 in Panama, Oklahoma to Earlene
(Darneal) Goines and Edgar Goines and passed away on May 19, 2022 in
Pocola, Oklahoma. He was married to Patricia Goines on November 26,1995
in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents;
brothers, Kenneth and Sherman Goines; Earl was a master plumber and
maintenance supervisor with Sparks Regional Medical Center before his
retirement; his hobby was building and restoring old cars.
Survivors include: his wife, Patricia Goines; sons, Gary Goines and
wife Shellye, Eddy Goines and partner Kim, Billy Martindale; brothers,
Larry and wife Chiquita, Robert and wife Debbie; sister, Eddye and
husband Matt Schumann; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; several
nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones.
Honorary Pallbearers will be, James Bernard, Shane Amos, Danny Upton, Danny Hargrove, Roger Howard, Robert Goines, Larry Goines.
