It was my honor to count Dave as a close friend. The Bullard’s have long been considered my ‘Oklahoma family’. Dave and I had some great adventures together and through him I have made numerous other friendships in the Wister area. He will be greatly missed by many for whom their lives were touched.

I am at a loss for words at David's passing. I wish I could do more to ease the pain of grief. He was a good man. I will always cherish the memories of great times at family gatherings. His legacy lives on in his amazing children and grandchildren. My heart is with you all.

My sincere condolences and prayers for David’s family, friends and love ones. One would be hard press to find as much human decency and Godly influence (as David portrayed) in just one man. To say he will be missed in a thousand ways doesn’t even come close.
