Phillip Don Thompson, 81,
of Poteau, OK passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 in Ft. Smith, AR. Phillip was born August 3, 1939 in Poteau to
Truman C. & Edna Pauline (Henson) Thompson.
He was retired from Johnson Controls where he was an electrician.
Phillip was preceded in
death by his sons, Steven B., Gary C.; brother, Paul.
Survivors include his
sister, Twyla Bailey; brother, Gene Thompson; grandchildren, Bradley Thompson,
Dustin Thompson; great grandchildren, Kaydence, Bentley, Beck, Mackenzie &
Skyler Thompson; daughter in law, Vickie Thompson; other relatives, loved ones
and friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Oakland Cemetery Pavilion, Poteau with Bro. Keith
Williams officiating. Pallbearers will
be Kaydence, Bentley, Beck, Mackenzie & Skyler. The family will be at the funeral home on
Monday from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives and friends.
