Nancy Mae Butler, 92, of Poteau, OK
passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 in Ft. Smith, AR. Nancy was born August 2, 1928 in Rattan, OK
to Tolbert & Mary (Palmer) Coggins.
She was a teacher. She was a
loving wife, mother, sister, aunt & friend. Nancy was preceded in death by
her husband, Jim Butler; son, Bill Butler & 7 siblings.
She
is survived by her sister, Matha Rose Williams of Amarillo, TX; brother, Bill
Coggins of Santa Rosa, CA; 18 very special nieces & nephews; one brother in
law and one sister in law; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
The
family would like to extend special thanks and recognition to Jim & Kathy Norwood
and members of the First United Methodist Church of Poteau.
Services
will be held in 2021.
