Linda Faye Long, 69, of Poteau, OK
passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in Poteau.
Linda was born April 16, 1951 in Sallisaw, OK to Tom & Wanda
(Newman) Peck. She was preceded in death
by her father; and grandparents, Fred & Ora Newman, Ed & Jewell Peck.
Survivors
include her daughters, Lisa & Jerry Piguet of Poteau, OK, Jamie Baier-Cardwell
& Brent Cardwell of Ft. Smith, AR;
sons, Chris & Ashley Long of Bentonville, AR, Joey Long of Poteau, OK; her
mother, Wanda Peck; brother, Richard & Beth Peck all of Poteau, OK; uncle Malvin Newman of
Monroe, OK; grandchildren, Kim & Chris Billings, Katie & Chevy Galetka,
Cody, Kayla & Josh Piguet, Joel Baier, Zachary Cardwell, Addie & Riley
Kate Long; great grandchildren, Zach, Jacob, & Allie Billings, Lily &
Emilee Galetka; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews; other relatives, loved ones
and friends.
Services
will be 2 pm, Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK
with Jim Cook officiating. Interment
will follow at Monroe Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cody, Josh & Jerry Jr., Piguet, Chris & Joey
Long, Matthew Cordes. Honorary pallbearers
will be Jim, Neal & Bobby Carroll.
The family will be at the funeral home in Friday from 6-8 pm to visit
with relatives & friends.

I would walk my dog around the sidewalk and Linda would be sitting out and we always stopped and talked she not only talked to me she talked to my dog. She made my day she was such a beautiful lady I will truly miss her. God received a Angel💓 Peggy Bell.
