Timothy Brian Smith, 48, of Pocola, Ok went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 23, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR. Timothy was born December 18, 1963 in Fort Smith, AR to Billy Joe & Patricia (Nowotny) Smith. He was employed by Gerber Foods for 22 years. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Pocola. He had a strong faith in God and loved all his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Smith.
Timothy is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Alex & Sean Osburn; mother, Pat Smith; brothers, Randy & Marilyn Smith of Poteau, Ronnie Smith Sr. of Pocola. He especially loved Emily Osburn, his granddaughter; his nephews, Rodney Smith & Ronnie Smith Jr.; niece, Tanya Cooper; great nephews, Cody Smith, Jace Goff, Levi Smith & Kade Cooper; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 10 am, Monday, February 27, 2012 at Evans Memorial Chapel, Pocola, OK with Rev. Richard Maness officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery, Pocola, OK.
The family will be at the funeral home in Pocola on Sunday afternoon from 2-4 pm to visit with relatives & friends.

Aunt Pat & Family,
We are so sorry for your loss! We are praying for you all and will continue to do so. Like with Uncle Bill, when I think of Timmy I always think of his wonderful smile and laughter. He was such a wonderful and loving person and it was felt by all those around him. What a great blessing he was in so many lives. He will be missed by many. I'll always treasure my childhood memories of staying with you, Uncle Bill, and Timmy....they always bring a smile to my face!
