Mary Elizabeth Donathan

 

Mary Elizabeth Donathan, 73,  of  Poteau, OK (formerly of Wister) passed away Sunday, March 07, 2021, in Poteau. Mary was born May 18, 1947 in Wister, OK to James Polk & Lona Allie (Johnson) Donathan.  She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Norma Calton & Paula Pearson; brothers, Charles & Harold Donathan; brothers- in-law, Kenneth Davis, Linston Chronister, Leroy Calton & Charles Pearson.

          Survivors include her son, Jimmy & Amy Donathan of Poteau, OK; grandchildren, Abigail & Olivia Donathan; sisters, Phyllis Davis of Poteau, OK, Jeanie Chronister of Wister, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones, and friends.

          Services will be 10 am, Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church in Wister, OK with John Paul McAlester officiating.  Interment will follow at Ellis Chapel Cemetery, Wister.  Visitation will be 6-8 pm on Tuesday evening.
