Jean Sharon Brown, 69, of Poteau, OK passed away
Tuesday, February 12, 2019, in Poteau.
Jean was born January 26, 1950 in
Lubec, ME to Robert & Leverne (Moores) Olson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother,
great grandmother and friend. Family was
of the utmost importance in Jean’s life.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her grand and great
grandchildren. She was preceded in death
by her parents, Robert Olson & Leverne Mahoney; son, Stacey Brown &
brother, Harold Olson.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Brown;
daughters, Priscilla Brown of ME, Pattie & SimiTalaese of Poteau; son, Todd
Brown of Poteau, OK; grandchildren, Nickelas Talaese, Natasha Chavez, Helen
Westbrook, Hilary Talaese, Ethan Talaese, Claire Talases, Tyler Williams, Ember
Brown, Eariona Brown, Daylin Brown, Darion Brooks; great grandchildren,
Kaydence Aguilar, Brynlee Westbrook & Kambrie Chavez; brother, Robert Olson
of ME; numerous nieces, nephews and friends
Memorial services will be 2 pm, Friday, February 15,
2019 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK.

Dear Bob, Priscilla, Pattie, Todd and family,
I am very sorry to read of Jean's passing.
She was so very good to us when we were in American Samoa! Jean had a wonderful kind and caring heart for her family and friends. Her family was clearly the most important part of her life!
I still make some of the recipes she marked in the Legion Cookbook. I know you will miss her terribly. Again I am very sorry!
