Joe C. “Dusty” Rhodes, 81, of Monroe, OK passed away Sunday,
December 30, 2018 in Heavener, OK. Joe
was born October 23, 1937 in Spiro, OK to Henry D. & Ada V. (Falconer)
Rhodes. He was a railroad
engineer. Joe was preceded in death by
his parents; sons, Joe Wayne & Roger.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy; daughter, Jerri Sue
Diver; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; other relatives, loved ones and
friends.
Services will be 10 am, Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Evans
Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Eddie & Rooker Blankenship
officiating. Interment will follow in
Fairview Cemetery, Panama, OK.
