51, of Panama, OK passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 in Tulsa, OK. Billy was born April 22, 1966, in Poteau, OK
to James M.E. & Patricia D. (Pierce) Featherston. He was preceded grandpa, Harrison Pierce; aunt, Shirley
Moore; uncles, Leland Pierce & Bobby Joe Pierce; stepdad, Robert Trout;
step grandpa, Carl Trout; step grandma, Edna Trout.
Survivors include his
mother, Patricia of Panama, OK; father, James of Indiana; brothers, Marty
Featherston & wife Bobbie of Russellville, AR, Jimmy Hunter & wife
Rachael of Coweta, OK; sisters, Kathy
Trout of OKC, Lynette Athey & husband Robert of Poteau, OK; daughters,
Teresa Garrett & husband Martin Velazquez, Samantha Garrett; grandson,
Vincent Velazquez all of Russellville, AR; grandma, Vernie Pierce of Panama,
OK; other relatives, friends and loved ones.
Services will be 10 am,
Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Rev. Phil
McGehee officiating. Interment will
follow in Fairview Cemetery, Panama, OK.
