Kenneth Gene Nichols, 65,
of Cameron, OK passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 in Ft. Smith, AR. Kenneth was born April 24, 1951 in Pocola, OK
to Harold & Dortha (Sweeten) Nichols.
He was a plumber, preacher, and pastor.
Survivors include his sons,
Luke Nichols & wife, Kristin of Mena, AR, Eric Nichols of Cameron, OK;
grandchildren, Tanner & Nok Lehmann of Wichita, KS, Karley Newsom &
Tracer Newsom of Mena, AR; sisters, Cathy Lovell of Pocola, OK, Shirley Hess
& husband Clyde of Poteau, OK; brother, Hank Nichols of Laverne, OK; other
relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Evans Memorial Chapel, Pocola, OK with Luke
Nichols officiating. Interment will
follow in New Hope Cemetery, Spiro, OK.
Pallbearers will be Luke & Eric Nichols, Nick Hess, Eddie Poston,
Gabe Haynes and Roger Crandell.
The family will be at the
funeral home in Pocola on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives
& friends.
