Ruth Holson, 87, of Fanshawe, OK
passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in Poteau,
OK. Wilma was born May 24, 1928 in Fanshawe to
Arthur Levi & Virgie Emma (McDonald) Newby.
She was a seamstress for Hamlin Mfg.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Holson;
infant son, Joseph; sister, Velma Burt and brothers, Ezra & Carl Newby.
Survivors
include her daughter & son in law, Sharon Kay & Jack Covert of Wister,
OK; sons, William Holson & Debbie Arns of Owasso, OK, Allen & Pat
Holson of Poteau, OK; grandchildren, Chris & Tina, Steven & Melissa,
Jon & Emily, Nick & Kaylyn, Michael & Kelly, Alicia & Kevin,
Schadowah, Schawanah & Orville, Shawn;
17 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
Services
will be 10 am, Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Fanshawe Assembly of God with Rev.
Jack Covert & Jim Cook officiating.
Interment will follow in Fanshawe
Cemetery, Fanshawe, OK. Pallbearers will be Chris, Steve, Jon, Nick
& Michael Holson, Schadowah & Shawn Covert.
