Melvin Hector, 90, of San Antonio, TX passed away May 8, 2015. Melvin was born May 8, 1925 in Oakville, TX to John O. & Ida Mae (Davis) Hector. He was a veteran of WWII. Services will be 2 pm, Friday, May 15, 2015 graveside at Rocky Cemetery near Mena, AR.
