Ray Rush, 85, of Pocola, OK passed away
Friday, August 1, 2014 in Ft. Smith,
AR. Ray was born May 16, 1929 in Midland, AR
to Jack & Clementine (Burkett) Rush.
He was a pentecostal minister. Ray was
preceded in death by his parents; 6 brothers & 3 sisters.
Survivors include his wife,
Shellie Rae of the home; son, Elton Rush; daughter Evanell & Tony Jones all
of Pocola, OK; 2 great grandchildren, Payton Jones and
Zac Jones; other relatives, loved ones & friends.
Services will be 10 am
Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK
with Rev. Roger Mattox officiating.
Interment will follow in Macedonia
Cemetery, Pocola, OK. Pallbearers will be Billy Schmidt, Paul
Krull, Michael Miller, Mark Fuller, Roy McCain, Tony Jones.
The family will be at the
funeral home Monday evening from 5-7 pm to visit with relatives & friends. (POTEAU)
