He was born on May 21, 1951 in Boswell, Oklahoma to Margie Pauline (Pebsworth) Colwell and Vernon Dwight Colwell and passed away on August 19, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Melissa Colwell on 10/20/1998 in Waldron, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his father Vernon Colwell and his son Joshua Adam Dwight Colwell. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle. He loved his dog Dixie like no other, spending time mowing his lawn, no one took care of it like him.
Survivors include: wife Melissa Colwell; mother Pauline Colwell; son Jaxon Davis; daughters Gillian Davis, Sabrina Rippee and husband Keith, Leighann Garner and husband Michael, Katrina Loftin and husband Keith, Kayla Davila and husband Nathan, Kimberlee Porter; grandchildren Savannah Corbitt, Sierra Walker, Shelby Davis, Keith Roberts Rippee, Katrina Rippee, Peyton Garner, Kaston Loftin , Kayden Loftin, Jaxon Davila, Addisyn Mullendore, Jordyn Moore and Peyton Moore; great grandchildren, Kye Ridenhour, TJ Ridenhour, Lyric Ridenhour, Sescillia Lira, Buddy Zelata, AJ Montoya, Philip Ramirez, and Sammy Ramirez.
