Graveside Service for Donald Eugene Neal, 80 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 10 am on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Greenhill Cemetery Pavilion, Cameron, Oklahoma with Marilyn Harris officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home
Donald was born on September 2, 1941 in Hackett, Arkansas to Melva Shelly Neal and Ridley Neal and passed away on February 7, 2022 in Gainesville , Texas. was married to on in . . Donald's family moved to California in 1943. He married Karen Neal April 21, 1972. In July 1974 their first son John was born. in September 1976 their other son Michael was born. Due to health reasons he moved back to Oklahoma in 1976. Donald graduated in 1958 in Coachella, CA. He worked at Imperial Irrigation District after serving in the military. He also worked at the Sheraton Hotel on Rogers Ave. in the 1980's until his health declined.Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Reece & Laurel Neal.
Survivors are: Sons, Michael & John Neal; sisters, Nora Cross, Zelma & David Moore, Marilyn & Steve Harris, Linda Casey; brothers, Larry & Ruth Neal, Ray & Beth Neal; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Pallbearers will be will be Michael Neal, John Neal, Larry Neal, Brandon Harris, Joshua Harris and Andrew Bethel. Honorary pallbearer will be Jon Bethel.
Visitation - Friday from 6-8 pm .
