Blake of Ponder, TX; sister, Dixie Preddy of Tulsa, OK; brother, Roy Snyder of Tulsa, OK; daughter-in-law, Sherry Blake of Shady Point, OK; 8 grandchildren, Andrea Salsbury, Jason Blake, Sabrina Erwin, Zach Horton, Lucy Horton, Patience Knotts, Phoenix Horton, and Grant Horton; 1 great granddaughter, Carmen Salsbury.
