Robert Earl Hess, 59, of
Poteau, OK passed away Friday, October 28, 2016. He was born in Fort Worth, TX on March 29,
1957 to Clyde & Birtie Hess. He is
preceded in death by his biological father, Clyde Hess; son, Buddy Burleson;
brother in law, Brett Montgomery.
Robert attended the Shepherds
Heart Pentecostal Church of God.
Survivors include his wife,
Danitha Hess of the home; daughters, Jennifer Randles of Howe, Gayla Byus &
Brent Easton of Poteau; sons, John & Venus Hess of Poteau, Dean &
Cynthia Hess of Shady Point; grandchildren, Seth & Zachary Wilson, Kyanna
Moore, Jordan Shepherd, Jada Hess, Jessica, Brandon & Ashlyn Melton,
Mikayla, Samuel Ash-Lynn & Addison Hess, Hailey Edwards, Raynen Hess,
Kaydence Benge; one great grandchild on
the way;
his mother, Birtie Hess;
his sister, Diana Montgomery of Howe; brothers, Clyde & Shirley Hess of
Poteau, James Hess of Poteau, Orville & Schawanah Hess of Poteau; inlaws, Dolphis & Evalyn Fout of Shady Point, OK; brother
in law, Dale & Christi Fout of Catoosa, OK; other relatives, loved ones and
many beloved friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Friday, November 4, 2016 at Covenant Church (First Assembly) Poteau, OK with
Nick Hess officiating. Interment will
follow in Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point, OK. Pallbearers will be Chris Robert, Jimmy
Thomas, Josh Gillham, Seth Kasper, John Russell, Justin Fout. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Ward, Justin Montez, Brad Montgomery,
Michael Park, Billy Autrey.
The family will be at the
funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives and
friends.
