Jasper L. Sanders, 84, of Wister, OK
passed away Friday, February 7, 2014 in Wister.
Jasper was born December 9,
1929 in Alex, OK to Roy & Mary (Byrd) Sanders. He was a carpenter. He loved to fish and hunt, watch TV, eat and
play poker. Jasper was preceded in death
by his parents; son, Roy
“Dobbin” Sanders and brother, George “GW” Sanders.
Survivors include his 2
sisters; Margie Clement & husband, Floyd of Wister, OK, Shirley Rogers of
Luther, OK; grandchildren, Cameron & Pernille Sanders of Howe, OK, Chasity
Sanders of Howe, Caleb Sanders of Ft. Smith, AR; 1 great grandson, Kasen
Sanders; special friends –‘he loved all his home health nurses.
Memorial services will be
11 am, Monday, February 10, 2014 at Ellis
Chapel Church,
Wister, OK
with Rev. Jack Covey officiating.
Interment will be in Wister
City Cemetery.
