Edith Smedley, 83, of Poteau, OK passed away Thursday, February 9, 2012 in San Angelo, TX. Edith was born August 31, 1928 in Kansas City, MO to Charles Harper & Eula L, (Deaton) Smedley. Edith was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother & a sister.
Survivors include her sister, Mercedith Greenwood of San Angelo, TX; brother & sister in law, Carl & Lenna Smedley of San Angelo, TX; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 2 pm, Monday, February 13, 2012 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK. Interment will follow at Vaughn Cemetery, Gilmore, OK.
