Johnny Pipkins, 57, of Pocola, OK passed away Tuesday, April 03, 2012 in Pocola. Johnny was born April 10, 1954 in Ft. Smith, AR to George & Annie (Farris) Pipkins. He was a general laborer. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jay Pipkins, sister, Wanda Pipkins; 2 infant twin sisters; granddaughter, Hannah Petit.
Survivors include his daughter, Niki Petit of Ft. Smith, AR; son & daughter in law, John Marcus & Melissa Pipkins of Ft. Smith, AR; grandchildren, Krista Petit, Sierra Gilstrap, Mackenzie Gilstrap, Hunter Gilstrap; brother, Jimmy Pipkins of Pocola, OK; sisters & brothers in law, Patricia & James Ogden, Kay Pipkins, Jane (Johnny’s twin) & John Damato all of Pocola, OK; nephew, Michael & Auraha Pipkins of Pocola, OK; niece, Alicia & Vince O’Connell of Pocola, OK; numerous cousins; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 10 am, Friday, April 6, 2012 at Evans Memorial Chapel, Pocola, OK with Rev. Gary Thomas & Rev. Thomas Corrigan officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery, Pocola, OK. Pallbearers will be Shiloh Pitsco, Jack McCowan, Ray Dillard, Tom Pipkins, Aaron Pipkins, Michael Pipkins, Kane Riggs, Kenny Pipkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie, Dave, Dan, Gary & Gerald Pipkins, Billy Sykes,Robert Dickinson, Ocie Farris Jr., Stan Gray, Enie Tobler Jr.
The family will be at the funeral home in Pocola on Thursday evening from 5-7 pm to visit with relatives & friends.

Johnny - you were a wonderful brother and I will miss you so much. My heart is filled with sadness but I know you are in God's hand with no pain. Thank you for everything you did for me. Forever your sister, Jane.
