Tommy Jackson

 

Tommy Dan Jackson, 72, of Arkoma, OK passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 in Poteau, OK.  Tommy was born August 23, 1949 in Poteau, OK to Cecil R. & Thelma L. (Black) Jackson.  He was a postal clerk at the Arkoma Post Office.    Tommy was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters Betty Ralls & Linda Fox.

 

He is survived by sisters, Barbara Smedley and  Peggy Jackson; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives, loved ones and friends.

 

Graveside services will be 2 pm, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Oakland Cemetery Pavilion, Poteau with Jim Cook officiating. 

Michael Wayne Patton

 

Michael Wayne Patton, 63, of Wister, OK passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 at Ft. Smith, AR.  Michael was born February 25, 1958 in Fresno, CA to Grover & Leulla (Hancock) Patton.  He was a heavy equipment operator in the oil field.

  He was preceded in death by his sister, Glenda Goodwin and his parents.

 

Survivors include his wife, Judy; daughters & sons in law, Rhonda & Ted Mackey, Marilyn R. & Anthony Thorpe; son & daughter in law, Richard & Tammy Holt; brothers & sister in law, David & Sheila Patton, Phillip Patton, Tim Patton; sister, Rachel Scott; numerous grandkids, nieces and nephews.

 

No services will be held.

Terry Lee Self

    

           Terry Lee Self, 46, of Spiro, OK passed away  Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Ft. Smith, AR.  Terry was born March 30, 1975 in Ft. Smith to Vester Don & Diane Jean (Plummer) Self.  He loved the little ones; always had to spoil the babies in the family as much and as often as possible.  He enjoyed going fishing and collected knives and lots of random things.  Terry was preceded in death by his parents; great nephew, Leonel Garcia; niece, Casey Marie Self.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca; sisters, Becky Buie & Vickie Ridenour of Spiro, OK, Kathy Fry & husband Greg of Wister, OK, Kimberly Pate & husband Ira of Ft. Smith, AR; brothers, Don, Kelly & Jimmy Self all of Spiro, OK; other relatives, loved ones and friends.

          Family will visit with friends and relatives at 1 pm, Monday, November 29, 2021 at the Greenhill Cemetery Pavilion, Cameron, OK until service time at 2 pm.. 

     Pallbearers will be Waylynne Walker, Thomas Dees, James Lindsy Jr., Richard Eagan Jr., John Michael Skelton, Christopher Carter, Dustin Pate and Kevin Brown.  Honorary pallbearers will be James Lindsy Sr., Christopher Lindsy, Tommy Fisk, Tyler Montgomery, Donald Self, Kelly Self, Jimmy Self, Charles Fisk, Brandon Dees and Johnny Hartman.
