Betty June Morris



Betty June Morris, 83, of Pocola, OK passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 in Ft. Smith, AR.  Betty was born November 18,1933 in Council Bluffs, IA to Herbert William & Gertrude Marie (McIntosh) Sales. 



Survivors include her husband, Harold of the home; daughters, Ginger Morris of  LaPine, OR, Sherry Pranger of Tulsa, OK, Laurie Lee of Sallisaw, OK, Gaylene Morris of Ft. Smith, AR; sons, Harold Morris Jr. of Rio Linda, CA, William "Bill" Morris of Pocola, OK, Roger Morris of Ft. Smith, AR; 34 grand, great grand and great great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Elma Clatterbuck of Salinas, CA, Janet Chase & Lola Alley of Council Bluffs, IA, Beatrice Waldron of Coin, IA; 2 brothers, Robert Sales of Omaha, NE, Rex Sales of Council Bluffs, IA; numerous nieces, nephews; other relatives, loved ones and friends.



Services will be   10 am , Tuesday, April 11, 2017  at Evans Memorial Chapel Pocola, OK with Rev. Carl Cheshire officiating.  Interment will follow at  Noon   in Ft. Smith National Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Justin Morris, Kyle Morris, Allan Lee, William Morris Jr., Jason Morris, Nick Mabry, Austin Tidwell.

The family will be at the funeral home in Pocola on Monday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives & friends.

David Junior Fout



David Junior "Duke" Fout, 75, of Panama, OK passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at his home.  David was born May 12, 1941 in Dog Creek,OK to Cleo & Eula (Mayfield) Fout.  He was a diesel mechanic/supervisor for Wilcox Trucking for five years; and heavy equipment operator for over 40 years.  He worked construction for Benny Klutts for 21 years; and for LeFlore County Dist. #1 for 4 years.  David was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sharon  Kay Inman (Fout).



Survivors include his wife, Sharon Kay (Wickham) Fout; daughters , Malinda Green & husband Leroy of Henryetta, OK, Malissa (Fout) Tiffin & husband Billy;  sons, Toney Fout & wife Kelly, David Leroy Fout  & Carol Ann Davies all of Panama, OK; grandkids,  Buddy & Michelle Green, Cody Fout & Mother Hope Perry, Dusty & Angel Fout, Natalie (Fout) &  Derick Wright, Josh & Antonia Fout, Eric Duncan, T.J. & Nessa Fout, Jesse Fout & Summer Stockton, Joe Fout & Mother Sherry Fout, Chance Duncan; great grandkids, Ethan & Emilee Green, Carly Ray Fout, Aiden Butler (Fout), Gabby, Aiden, Laynee & Don (Littleman) Fout; brothers & sisters, Neoma Kirk, Dolphis Fout, Joyce Cando, Leo Fout, Gearl Fout, Johnny Fout, Lora May Neff, Larry Fout; other relatives, loved ones and friends.



Services will be 2 pm, Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Minister Dorothy Moore of Warner, OK  officiating.  Burial will follow in Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point, OK.      Pallbearers will be Gearl Jr. Fout, Joshua Fout, Buddy Green, Dusty Fout, T.J. Fout, Dusty Klutts.  Honorary pallbearers will be Kip Klutts, Chipper Klutts and Eric Duncan.



The family will be at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives & friends.

Floyd Raymond Orsburn Jr.



 Floyd Raymond Orsburn Jr., 54, of Panama, OK passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 in Panama.  Raymond was born November 7, 1962 in Ft. Smith, AR to Floyd Orsburn Sr. & Martha Jane Robinson (Hiestand).  There was nothing he loved more than being with his grandchildren and his family.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, working in and out of his shop, working and fixing vending machines.  He loved telling stories about the older days.  Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Charles "Jimmy" Orsburn; his grandparents; and one infant grandchild.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Orsburn of the home; daughters, Becky & Brad Whiteaker of Spiro, OK, Cheryl & Eric Sowell of Shady Point, OK; seven grandchildren, Hunter, Katcher, Allison, Donna, Raven, Johnathan and Melanie; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Services will be 2 pm, Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Bethel Lighthouse, Panama, OK with Rev. James Hill officiating.  Interment will follow in Old Bokoshe Cemetery, Bokoshe, OK. 

Stacy Marie Denicola



Stacy Marie Denicola, 28, of Keota, OK passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 in Stigler, OK.  Stacy was born August 21, 1988 in Fredricksburg, VA to Anthony  "Tony" & Sharon Kay (Seyler) Denicola. 

Survivors include  her companion, Ben Scrivener of Keota; daughters, Braelyn Heathcock  and Dixie Raye Scrivener of the home; sons, Matthew Scrivener, Brenton Heathcock, Bradly Scrivener, Dakota Scrivener, Iziah Taylor and Jaxson Taylor; her parents, Tony & Sharon of Hodgen, OK; 3 sisters, Karrie & husband Lonnie Gobin of Poteau, OK, Sandy Harrison of Calhoun, OK, Allyson Denicola of Hodgen, OK; 3 brothers, Josh & wife Tiffany Denicola of Howe, OK, Nathan Denicola of Poteau, OK, John Howe of Hodgen, OK; other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Services will be 1 pm, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK.  Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Poteau, OK.  Pallbearers will be John Howe, Josh Denicola, Lonnie Gobin, Daniel Harrison, Solomon Torres, Michael McCullah.

Nancy Gail Logan



Nancy Gail Logan, 63, of Poteau, OK passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 .  Nancy was born December 23, 1953 in Corvallis, OR to William & Estella (Miller) Logan.  She was a veteran of the US Navy.  Nancy was a land tech for the oil and gas industry.  She was deeply  loved and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Poor of the home; son, Clayton Cooper of Yukon, OK; brother, Nick Logan of Poteau, OK; sister, Sally Logan of Palm Springs, CA; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
